Liquor  service House Policy

We reserve all rights to restrict service of alcohol to any person or persons granted to us by the Liquor Control Act of Ontario.

Restrict service of wine / alcoholic beverages to:

  1. persons 19 years of age and older.
  2. persons who have not consumed alcohol prior to entering our establishment.
  3. persons who will not drive or operate a vehicle after leaving our establishment.
  4. persons who show an ability to control their behavior and actions in our establishment.
  5. persons who do not show signs of intoxication or impaired judgment.

 We will refuse service to anyone whom we feel has not met these conditions and those stipulated in the Liquor Control Act of Ontario

BYOW Service procedures

Wine must be purchased at the LCBO store only. 
Homemade, self-labeled, private winery  or Quebec SAQ products will not be served.
The wine bottle must be presented to the bar or service staff at the entrance to restaurant.

If all wine is not consumed on premises and remainder is to be removed from restaurant premises, the bottle must be re-corked and resealed by restaurant prior to customer departure.

10.00/Litre cork fee will be applied to private banquets participating in BYOW.

Guests participating in BYOW must eat an individual dinner entree per person while consuming their wine.
